Garlic Peeled production line is the process of processing garlic from garlic cloves to peeled garlic after several times.
The garlic peeling production line is divided into automatic garlic peeling production line and semi-automatic garlic peeling production line according to the process and output.
The fully automatic Peeled garlic production line can realize the fully automated production of garlic Peeled with the least labor. It can also learn assembly line-type production with high automation and high output.

Garlic elevator

Garlic Splitting Machine
The garlic splitting machine uses soft rubber wheels that meet environmental standards to perform a hand-peeling simulation to peel the garlic bulbs.
The gap of the casters of the garlic splitting machine can be adjusted, and the garlic bulb can be used in any size. The garlic that has been coarsely divided has the advantages of no damage to the garlic cloves and a high stripping rate.
The garlic splitting machine is easy to operate with a built-in fan; garlic skin, rod, and clove are separated automatically, and one person can use it alone.
In the same garlic processing line, two garlic-splitting machines must be equipped to separate cloves.
After the first splitting is completed, another splitting has to be done to ensure a clean separation of garlic cloves and improve the finished product rate.
Garlic picking conveyor
The garlic cloves, after coarse sorting, are transported to the following process by the garlic picking conveyor while picking the defective or incomplete cloves, which is convenient, time-saving, and can be operated continuously.
Depending on the process and output, a garlic processing line usually requires multiple garlic-picking conveyors.
Garlic Peeling Machine
The garlic peeling machine uses the pneumatic principle to process the broken cloves into garlic rice without damage.
The cloves can be peeled cleanly without soaking, and the peeling rate can reach over 95% when the garlic is dry, and the garlic skin and rice are separated automatically.
If you want to ensure the effect of garlic peeling, we can also choose to use two garlic peeling machines simultaneously in the same garlic processing line.
Garlic Cleaning Machine
If you need to clean the garlic after peeling, use the garlic washing machine to clean off the waste and other garbage produced during garlic clove splitting and improve the quality of the finished garlic clove.
Garlic air-drying machine
After the garlic is cleaned, some water will be left on the surface, and if it is packed directly, the garlic will quickly rot and deteriorate, reducing its shelf life of the garlic.
A garlic air drying machine can quickly blow dry the garlic, which is convenient for later packing and transportation storage.
